This book is packed full of information on ways to feel and live healthier. I really like how the book is split up into four different parts based on the seasons. The book is bright and everything just pops out beckoning you to take part in the exercises or making the easy, but delicious looking food.
For the workouts, there are pictures that are helpful in showing what to do and how the body should look when doing the movements. It also has detailed information just in case the pictures are not as understanding about the workout. Each season offers different meals that you could eat based on foods at that in season and popular to find. During summer there are Peaches and Cream Pops that look delicious to eat on a nice warm summer day. Or maybe you could enjoy Chicken Alfredo with Zucchini Noodles, which you can find in the fall section.
Throughout the book there are tips and advice that are helpful and inspiring. I also like the fact that she has a youtube channel where you can follow along in her Pop Pilates class. I definitely will be following the workout plan and see how my body gets into shape.
